All transactions and service on nazoda.com are processed by NAZODA, Inc.
We ship the goods via FedEx / DHL / UPS / USPS or other international transporter. In general, we will choose the fastest and most suitable delivery for the recipient country according to the actual situation. You can also tell us what kind of express you want.
The following conditions will be borne by the buyer
- We support shipping on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country. If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, the tariffs will be paid by the buyer. Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.
- Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
- Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.

FREE for orders over $39.
Express shipping: 3-5 business days
FREE for orders over $99.
Recipient address
- Since the express company only delivers the door-to-door address, please DO NOT provide the PO Box address.
- Please provide your mobile phone and email when filling in the address, so that the courier can contact you in time.

Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on the workday(Mon. - Fri.), to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on a workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during the estimated time of arrival because shipper might contact you via phone.
The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at the shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.
